ESSOPS(**********) selling inferior leather couches

<p>On 29 February 2016 i bought a couch from essops rooderpoort for R18 000. Atish is the sales men who helped me. He told me that the couch is genuine leather. In January 2017 my couch started to loose colour and to crack.on 06 May 2017 i went back to the shorp as it got worse. I met Atish and i explained what happened. He gave me his word that he will refer my matter to their head office and they will help me. On 18 May 2017 i got a call from Riaad Shaw who introduced himself as a contractor appointed by ESSOPS to fix my couch but he said i must pay for the repairs as ESSOPS is not covering my couch. I refused. On 20 May 2017 i went back to the shop(ESSOPS) I met Atish and Atola who is the manager, he told me that their gaurantee and warantees only cover for workmenship not leather or any material used on the couch, so thay cant help me</p>
