Essops Desk Refund - Not Received

I've had a horrible experience with Essops, on the 7th of July I paid for a desk on their site only to receive a desk that was nothing like the picture on the site. After reporting the mistake on the 12th of July and sending them the proof that they didn't indicate they wanted on the 20th of July, it took them a long time just to collect the desk which they finally did on the 5th of August. I'm still waiting on the refund with no indication that they even intend to do so (7 to 14 working days to refund is excessive and some of those must be related to bank transfer, but I haven't even received the proof of payment I asked for yet).

Save yourself the trouble, find what you're looking for at a different company, I know I have and will likely avoid Essops in future.
