Essops Boksburg. Stay Away!

I bought a Bella Console on 29 Nov. It was supposed to be shipped from the Sandton office to Boksburg. I was quite prepared to wait. In January I called as I have not received any notification. I was told it was sold to someone else. I was told please wait, new stock is coming, which I agreed to. No phone call was ever made to update me. I had to call everytime. Every time its next week. At end January I wanted a refund. Lady said, stock is coming by mid Fed. Just wait another 2 weeks. Mid Fed came and went, no attempt from Essops to call me. I called again and was told they can't supply the item anymore. Customer care is obviously not a high priority to them. Caring about a customer and the customer experience. A definite NO! Why should they? They have my money, so business was done and they could not care whether stock was delivered or not. NOT A BUSINESS THAT I COULD EVER RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!
