ESSOPS BIGGEST ********

Worst experience with Essops online purchase. I purchased furniture at value R14 498 at Essops online. On their ad it clearly specified "purchase today online it will be free delivery" Since the date of purchase I have naver been contacted to follow on purchase. I contacted to follow up on the delivery. They indicated to provide proof of the free delivery. I found it very outragious. I kept on calling with no response until 12 December. A lady Thobeka indicated that management indicated that they will subsidise transport cost for R500 and I must pay R1000. I did pay the R1000 because I need the items. I requested them to provide me with delivery date still no answer. I feel they are ********, they use tactics with misleading advertising. Iwill never buy anthing from them ever again "BIG ********" Can they al least deliver my stuff that the least I want from them.
