Don't waste your money or time

This store deserves no ratings too bad there are no negative stars. Absolutely absurd behavior from their Krugersdorp sales team. I purchased a couch at the end of January from Lungile and was told that I needed to make full payment on the couch in order for the stock to be reserved, I drove 70KM to their warehouse and made the full payment after writing the address down on a piece of paper Lungile still entered it incorrectly. I emailed her the proof of payment as well and asked that they correct the address.

Once I was ready for delivery I contacted the store again after being told I must just call them 3 days before I require delivery and was told that the couch is "out of stock" and they are only receiving shipment in May. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold 3 times with the "call eventually dropping" each time. I never got to speak to any manager however I was later assisted by Ashia in order to receive a refund. I am still constantly calling in order to follow up on the refund.

Even though some of their products look nice, I personally will never buy from them nor recommend any other customer to as their after sales service is pathetic. Be prepared to make numerous phone calls and running around to actually get your goods or a refund from them not honoring their contractual terms.
