Don't ever buy from Essops
This is the worst experience I have ever had. After buying online and paying immediately and being told 7-10 working days, 4 weeks later and tons of emails, phone calls, lies and begging, my table finally got delivered. The base is damaged, there are parts missing so now I have to take more time off work to sit around and wait again. Also, two of the guys delivering weren't wearing masks, little do they know both my mom and I have comorbidities.

After being told they would be there last night with replacement parts, I got a call 35 minutes after they were meant to be there to say they will try again tomorrow! I'm so over this and now I have to take more time off of work to sit around and wait! Pathetic joke!
