Don't buy from Essops
I made the mistake of purchasing a lounge suite from Essops, and it has turned out to be the worst decision ever. Despite being promised that it was 100% leather, the recliner doesn't function properly, and to add insult to injury, the material is peeling off from all the arms. Despite lodging a complaint, I've received no feedback whatsoever.
