DO NOT BUY AT ESSOPS HOME!

I purchased 6 Castello chairs from Essops Crescent, and to my dismay, they arrived riddled with indent marks. Immediate notification was given to the store, along with the expectation that either the indent marks disappear over time or the chairs be taken back. Five months have passed, and the marks persist. Additionally, these supposedly "premium chairs" , for which a hefty price was paid, emit an irritating squeaky noise during use. Such issues are not expected for new, high-quality chairs, which should maintain their performance over an extended period.

Moreover, the gold portions of the legs have come loose, and the chair feet are already bending. This points to a clear manufacturing defect or a significant quality concern.

Despite multiple follow-up emails seeking assistance and an inspection for the chairs' return, each email is blatantly ignored. It feels as if they are deliberately stalling, possibly waiting for the warranty to expire to avoid having to do a return. This level of disregard is unacceptable!
