Dissapointed with Essops

I am very disappointed and frustrated at the moment. My elderly mother purchased a three-piece set of leather couches in November, paying in cash. They were delivered around midnight in December, only for us to discover that two of the couches were of one color and the third was of another. I personally emailed the shop and sent pictures, and I also visited the shop to ensure my email was received. I was promised that this issue would be resolved. It is now February, and nothing has been done. I am disappointed with this service, and I do not believe she is receiving any updates on what is happening.
