Disgusting bunch of ***** who dont want to refund our money

<p>Essops furniture has the worst business ethics this side of the universe.</p> <p> </p> <p>my mom bought furniture from them on 14th April 2017 and decided to cancel her order on the 19th April amd asked for a refund. When it came to refund they first aeged that my mom gave them a wrong account number. She then have them an alternative account number amd they said they do refunds on Fridays. The whole of Friday a lady by the name of Kim Ntese said the refund will be done. When we called to enquire why the refund is still not done another lady said refunds are nto done on Fridays amd MAY be done om Monday.</p> <p> </p> <p>worst business practise and I urge you to stat away from these *******</p>
