Disappointed

<p>Bought a 3 piece couch set from Essops. I was told by the sales person and the manager that the couch was 100% leather. 4 years down the line I discover that it's not leather but some form of faux leather when the couches start peeling and looking crazy. I've reported this to Essops via email and phone conversation but no body has bothered to return my calls or assist me in anyway. My advice is don't buy from there, they have terrible after sales customer services.</p>
