Dining Room Table and Chairs damaged on delivery

i bought a dining room set from Essops in Sandton, firstly the delivery was delayed and then when it arrived after so many phone calls, the table was damaged and the chairs were filthy, so i requested a new set be delivered and that took another 2 weeks for the table to be delivered and the chairs were at least clean, but still not correct, as the legs on some of the chairs were shorter than the other, so some of the chairs are not stable, so i called them again and no i am waiting for them to come and fix it, most likely i will need to phone them another hundred times, as i see how they operate, when you call they always have an excuse and say the salesman that helped you is not available and then the next day you hear the story, let me talk to my manager, then you also hear there is no drivers tom come out to you. So it is a challenge with Essops, if i can get my chairs sorted, i will be happy, but will never ever buy from them again and i piece if advise to anyone considering buying from them, don't do it, it is not worth it, also the quality of their goods looks nice, but it ain't good quality.
