Delays in delivery

I bought a chair at the carnival mall branch. has been 3 weeks since i ordered a dining room chair , each time i follow up in delivery i am told it i will get a call when its ready. They promise to investigate the delay and never call me back with an update. I asked for a refund and they did nt give me a way forwa3
