Dee Essops Montana branch was incredibly amazing ,her welcoming face , smile and warmth made me spend more time in the shop..I was actually passing ..I could feel her patience,guidance and knowledge of furniture &deco from within my spirit .I showed her videos of my house and pictures she was so relaxed mind you: "she smells good this part most of the furniture shops scored 0% because they were in a hurry to assist other clients.,but not with lady D.She treated me like I am the only customer. Outstanding Communication skills Tone Gesture We kept chatting and exchanging pictures of my new flooring and I ended buying the champagne &silver dinning chairs that goes well with an existing table and server also from Essops .
