Very Very poor service from Essops furniture Sandton Outlet. I bought and paid for a couch which I requested a refund for within 18hrs of purchase. Spoke to Shamima and explained that turns out couch was too small for my lounge and nothing had been delivered. Money had not even been cleared from my bank account. After calling everyday for 2 weeks i eventually receive the refund less a 10% handling fee. Not sure what was handled as payment went through at 15h15 when store was officially closed, and I called them the next morning at 09h15 to cancel.The furniture had clearly not even been prepped for delivery. Checkout their service on Hello Peter too late, but will never support them again! to me thats theft !
