Bought couches costing 35k and months down the lane noticed the leather peeling off, informed the shop, the assistant who helped me was moved to another shop and didn't really help me out. Went to the shop was told to email, guess what the lady said no guarantee they will fix them but referred me where they can be repaired, at my own cost. Actually Essops is.more about sales but not service. Learnt my lessons the hard way. It's just a year they look like I bought them 3 years ago. Will never set foot again there.
