Damaged suite in less than a year

Bought furniture on the 15th May 2017 in Bedworthpark Vanderbijlpark and they are damaged. I have sent them pictures and they promised to come collect the lounge suite. This was in March 2018 and they still have not collected.

They have been given us the run around since then
