Corner Unit Lounge Suit

Good day, My husband and I bought a lounge suite (1 x Fiesta brown colour) for R6000.00 + R350 delivery from Essops, Stoneridge Shopping Centre, Greenstone HIll, Modderfontein on26 October 2013. Less than a year later on 22 August 2014 we returned 2 cushions for repair as they were sagging and it was uncomfortable to sit on. After quite a few calls the cushions were finally returned to us on 2 September 2014. On January 9th 2015 we had to return a cushion to be recovered as the material had ripped. We fetch the cushion a week later and now the same cushion has once again ripped or I should rather say flaked. We are pensioners and would like to try and get our money back as we simply cannot afford to buy another lounge suit. Last time we spoke to Gerard who is the manager.
