On the 11th November 2023 we have bought barcelona 6893 3 piece from essops in krugersdorp, full leather, it is hardly six months the leather is peeling off, we went at the branch and they told us that it could be because of carelessness, call head to complaint they told us krugersdorp branch is not part of them, they called and said they will come and collect to fix it till this date we still waiting, paid R42000, 00 but know the can't even assist us
