Chandelier - worst service ever

<p>I bought 2 Chandeliers at the 2015 Decorex which was only installed at the beginning of 2016. After moving into my new home I informed everyone that one of the chandeliers installed was not what I had ordered. The second one was faulty and took q5 months and numerous phonecslls to be sorted out. I was promised 4 months ago that the incorrect chandelier would be sorted out by the first week of December. It's now the 16th of December and no one had phoned, smsed or called to explain why the Chandelier has not been sorted out. I was promised via sms at the beginning of December that I would have my Chandelier. But since then I have heard nothing. I spoke to multiple people across multiple branches including the MD and nobody has bothered to get in touch with me.</p>
