Chairs were delivered and had some defects

Chairs were delivered and had some defects. I complained at Montana ESSOPS and Dee assured me that the problem will be sorted. She said I must just be patient, soon after Christmas and new year the Chairs with no defects will be delivered. Today I received the Chairs. I checked them and I found them alright. I'm happy that now I have a complete set of chairs, with good quality.
