Buy at your own risk at Essops Home;Do not say I did not tell you...
Essops Home has the worst after sales service. I am still awaiting their quality assurance team to come assess their defective furniture.

The deliberately wasted time with my query to utter the below:
"I spoke to to Essops now they say they not responsible for the chairs and they said they told you there is no guarantee on the chairs unfortunately you will be responsible for all cost let me know then I can come out uplift and repair your chairs .
