Broken trolley procured at Essop Marlboro

I bought a trolly which was assembled by Marlboro employees and they deceived me saying I should assemble the trolley at their store because if anything happens then I'll be held liable for the stand. When I was about to use the trolley one of the wheel was broken and it was clear that they gave me a broken trolley deliberately. I went back to the store to speak to the Manager Shamima and she promised to send Riyaad to come and assess and fix the trolley. On Monday while waiting Riyaad, he send me a WhatsApp to contact their repair department. Unfortunately I couldn't get help from their repair department instead Aisha from the department told me I'll be liable for cost of repair of the stand. One thing that broke my heart is that I was the laughing stock of Essop employees on Saturday when I was trying to get help with regards to the trolley and furthermore I even pleaded with both the manager to retrieve footage of when the stand was assembled. All went in vain. The employees at Essop are ***** and they continue to deceive innocent customers. I still have a stand that I bought for R4500 and it is useless for me to use as it is broken...
