Bedroom Suite

I bought a bedroom suite on the 27 April 2017 , on the 08th of June the mattress looked like it was 27 years old and the actual suite was peeling off. I visited Essops where I bought and the manager Farhard promised me that they fix it. I have since been send from pillar to post, when I speak to the lady by the name of Kim from their head she referred me to the branch. They collected my bedroom suite on the 28th August 2017 for repairs, when they brought it back it looked like a second hand. I refused to take it back and demanded my refund but they don't want to refund me.
