Bad service from sales manager

My name is frank On the 18 November 2017 I went to Essops in Winchester hills and purchased goods of about R46 000 including a Braciano lounge suite. I gave a deposit of R43500 and told the manager Rashaad that I will bring the balance the following day. He then agreed but when i got to the store the following day he told me there was no stock and that there was no way he was gonna give me the one on the floor because the owner of the store refused and said that he doesnt need our money hes way too rich. When I asked about the owners behaviour I was told he's not interested in my money. I left it there but when I went back in January the same lounge suite was sold to another client. So now I'm left in the dark. What's the difference between my money and the other persons money. I went to the store to demanded an answer where his clollegues told me they not sure why he did that. Now I'm left with no couches since November and it's already the middle of January
