BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE ESSOPS DURBAN CITY VIEW MALL

Bad service and attitude, I went to the looking for a coffee table and found it and it was very beautiful., moble table. On the 25th of Nov 2020, i paid off the table and i was told that i must come and collect it the following week on Tuesday.

On the 1st of Dec 2020,i went and collect the table and when I open the table, the upper part is cracked, i immediately whatspp the sales person and showed him the picture. I ask for his directions of what happened to this situation and he said he will ask his manager and i should wait for their call.

The following day I went with the table, tjey were so defensive and attitude. And they told me that hey will an email to their head office and ask for the procedure, and when i ask them what is their procedure in this event, they failed to answer and till today they have responded or call.

I wanted another table or same table but now I want my money back. I am so disappointed by the store and their attitude.
