Bad Service

I am Nolwazi Joanne Gasa a customer of essop hence i am not very pleased on how my situation has been handled.i bought the Lounge suite L shaped nude couches in December 2020 and the leather started peeling by june. You can contact me on *** or email *** I went several time in city view branch in game city by the mall had an accident due to the looting and only one shop that was opened and that was shoprite.

After the restrictions were a bit adjusted i started talkng and going to inform them about what happened to the couches and show them the picture,they game me there store manager number to inform them who operate in pavilion.

He dismissed me on the phone and said i should phone the call center and inform them about my complain.

Definitely i took initiative and phone them and the customer service called antoinetee Nadooi said,"she will phone durban branch in city view to send someone to assess the damage.

Nothing happened afterwards i kept on emailing and phoning them and going yo have a chat with the branch i bought the couches from and acted as if i am delusional,how so after i have spent lots of money buying my house furniture they treat me so awful. And they kept telling me that 1 year has been passed hence they strolling the time and i has not passed a year since that occasion happened and she said that i have to pay for the couches to be fixed and i said after i have explain about the looting and lockdown that happened, how is that possible.

Now i was willing to challenge them by going to all social platforms to tell and show evidence of my story because that not how the Customer should be treated or i want new replace couches, because their adverti*****ts is not legit they implications are very wrong hence they said it a genuine leather but it took me few months for it to start peeling.But i wouldn't want to do that because i really designer things essops offers. I spent almost 60 000 purchase my house furniture and im being treated so badly for their mistake.
