Bad service

I purchased a console on the 25 Jan and was promised delivery on the 27 Jan at 12pm. On Saturday firstly it came past 3pm and the console was incomplete. The console was delivered and assembled by the essops team. They had to take it back as majority of the parts were not there. No one could assist me as the store was closed already. I want my money back and rather go to another store. I will never recommend essops to anyone. The staff are *********** and do not know what customer service is. I will never buy from essops I rather pay more but no hassles
