Bad Quality sofas from ESSOPS

On September 2015 I bought a 6 seater lounge suite from Essops for R80 000 cash and by Nobember 2015 the sofas started to peel off. I went back to Essops to inspect the one they had on display and i found the same signs. I told the salesman Faizel about my problem and he said he'll inform the head office as the problem might be the spray they used in manufacturing. They promised to order material that would take 3months to arrive to fix the sofas but now they want me to pay R7000 for repairs for their poor quality sofas and i refused as they are still under warranty. They came and collected one of the sofas for their forensics even now it's still with them. I went back to Essops for feedback and they told me that they're not allowed to talk to me only the head office will communicate with me and they refused to give me their head office contact. Even now they haven't contacted me.
