Bad essops

Almost a month ago I complained about the terrible service I am receiving from Essops regarding a couch I returned that was damaged. I am not surprised that the company didn't bother to reply as once again the very same couch that was in for repairs is once again damaged. Same couch damaged within weeks of receiving. What type of quality is the company selling to its clients? I cannot be without furniture to sit on, it's winter and I've just gone in for a surgical procedure.
