Bad customer service from Essops (Santon) Woodmead

Bad customer service. I bought a leather corner couch from Essops in Santon (Woodmead) in December. Upon delivery I realized that the couch was torn and I reported to the driver that delivered the couch and he said he will report the damage to the shop manager and to the sales person( Meshark).The next day the sales person Called and he said they will come and change the couch. I have been waiting for them to come until now. Every time I call to do follow up they say they will come. I regret making a purchase from this bad shop. They just want money, they don’t care about their customers. I am very disappointed. I wasted my money...
