Bad customer service from Essops..

Bought a corner couch at Essops Roodepoort branch in September 2020 for R24.000..the couch was delivered on the 28 September 2020..sometime during November 2020 the leather started fading and i contacted the branch and was informed no guarantee on all their leather couched. When to the branch and complain they gave me run around till today im still sitting with the couches. On Monday 14th January went to headoffice in Chamdor Kagiso and they refered me to Roodepoort, got to Roodepoort they told me the repair guy will come fetch the couch for repairs but never came..two days later i contacted them and they told me they are still waiting for someone/ a manager to make decision not the repair guy anymore..the couch is continuing to fade..im disapointed with service from Essops hard earned money down the drain no communication from them they never took my complain serious..No customer service..
