Bad customer service @ Essops Furniture

Worsted experience ever.

Bought a dining room suite. Same was delivered damaged on 23 December 2020

I noted it on the delivery note and informed the salesman.

I have been following up since 24 December 2020 till today

Feedback I receive sent an email with your complaint.

How is that possible if the delivery guys also saw the chipped glass table and two chairs that cannot be fastened.

We took pills with the delivery guys and they acknowledge the items would need to be exchanged.

This was a cash deal and now that they have my money no one is willing to assist.

Do not buy anything from Essops Furniture as they do not care about you as a paying customer.
