Bad bad service

On the 22nd of November 2024 we purchased couches, 2-3 days later we changed the order to Valentino couches we saw on their website, we were given a waiting period of 2-3 weeks for the couches to be manufactured and delivered. The time frame given elapsed without any communication between the store and us, we decided to go to the store to enquire about our purchase... The sales rep told us that couches will be delivered before 25th of December. They started lying and giving us attitude by the manager and sales rep. We requested for a refund they told us finance department has gone to the holidays and will be back on the 10th of January 2025.To this day we haven't received our refund and no communication between us and the store... They are just on mute.
