The after sales service from Essops is the worst, the smiles you get when you enter the store is to make sure they get your money, once that is done goodluck if your furniture has defects or dents. The customer service extension no one ever answers, funny thing is if you choose option 1 which is sales, it gets answered immediately. they delivered a headboard which is damaged, they promised to exchange it, they are giving us a runaround with the delivery.
