I to pass my deepest gratitude to Aisha from Essops customer care , I really had given up on the Essops brand . She kept me calm and gave me hope that there are still some people in that organisation that really care about customers .I had a bad experience with the edenvale store that made me believe they only care out our money . The sales consultant would make promises and I would have to follow up all the time . However after sending an email I has Aisha call me she made sure she spoke to me and kept me informed of what was being done to fix my problem and I finally got the correct product after 3 weeks , however in all that time she would update me and advise of what was happening . Thank you so so much Aisha for having customers interests at heart and not just caring about the money that is paid and forgetting us after wards . Your service is something that all of Essops employees should adopt . You really genuinlyn care about us as customers thank you so so much
