Absolutely useless, worst customer service ever!

I am absolutely appauled by the disgusting service (or lack thereof) received by Essop's. Apparently they are unable to keep track of their stock correctly which becomes your problem as a customer. My parents purchased a dining room table and chairs, and I purchased a coffee table, which they apparently had 14 in stock of when I paid for my coffee table. On the day they were supposed to deliver, they phoned and said that they were having difficulties and would have to deliver the next day. The next day, another phone call - they don't have stock of either the dining room table and chairs, nor the coffee table! My parents got a refund as Essop's said that they would not be receiving any more stock of those items, but promised me that my coffee table would arrive in 3-4 weeks, which was 3 months ago. I phoned the store on multiple occasions and have not received an answer as to when I can expect my table, they promised to phone me back with an answer each time I phone them, but I haven't received a call back once, I need to phone them just to get the same response each time - 'Head Office' is still unable to tell us when we are receiving stock.'. How useless can they possible be? They clearly don't give a damn about their customers as I haven't even received a courtesy call. I will NEVER even walk into an Essop's store again, let alone purchase from them! Don't bother giving them your money as it will sit in their bank account gaining interest while you wait like an idiot for your furniture to never arrive.
