1 year 9 months couches peeling off!!

2022 during black Friday I bought cnr recliner couches R23 thousand cash at Carnival mall, my couches are peeling off very much cracked 😭. My heart aches everytime I look at them I'm very disappointed what kind of leather is this. Very very sas Essops 💔💔

Framework: 1 year

Workmanship: 1 year (including stitching, seat filling, springs, etc.)
Covering Fabric/Leather: No guarantee provided (please refer to maintenance guidelines below)
Mechanism (if applicable): 1 year

Maintenance Guidelines:

For Fabric:

Vacuum daily to remove dust.
Clean using steam cleaning or the “Masterguard Textile Care Kit” (available at our stores).
We recommend applying Masterguard or Teflon Coating to prevent liquid seepage and staining. (Please inquire about pricing in-store.)
Avoid placing the lounge in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as fireplaces or heaters.

For Leather:

Wipe daily with a dry cloth to remove dust.
Clean with a damp chamois cloth.
For intensive cleaning, use Masterguard cleaning products and conditioners (available at our stores).
Avoid exposing the leather to direct sunlight or heat sources like fireplaces or heater. Although peeling is not covered, we can assist by referring you to a repair technician who can address the issue. Please note that the repair costs will be at your expense.
