Worst experience of my life

My fiance and I booked this for our 5 year anniversary this was the worst experience ever. The place isn't a place where anyone would ever stay at I don't advise anyone to ever visit this place or they resort in cape Town they pictures are not what we see on the internet it is a total lie. We paid a deposit and apparently in they policy there's no refund in what policy I have no idea they to rob they customers
