Access denial due to face buffs

Customers who is using facial buffs instead of face masks is refused entry. They also only have alcohol sanitizer at the entrance. No valid reason given for refusal of entry to people wearing buffs and no non alcohol based hand sanitizer at the entrance. When asked for the reasons as to no buffs allowed the answer is that the head pharmacist informed them so and no valid legal or medical reason supp****.
