I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with Essential Web. I had been with them since 2020, and initially, their service was acceptable. However, everything changed around 2023—possibly due to a change in ownership or management. Since then, it’s been nothing short of a nightmare.

In March 2025, my business website suddenly went offline. I was informed it had entered a "dormant" state and was told to pay nearly R3,000 to restore my website and email services. I paid the amount as requested, trusting they would uphold their end of the agreement.

They never reconnected my services. My website and emails have remained offline ever since. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I received no response—just silence.

In my opinion, Essential Web are nothing more than ****** and *******. They took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. This is not just bad service—this is outright *****.

To anyone considering using Essential Web: stay far away. They are dishonest, unresponsive, and have no integrity. I’ve lost time, money, and the online presence of my business due to their actions.
