Cannot get my vehicle back

Essential Motor Spares, Markus Sykes collected my car 12 September 2023. I have been talking to him and Theo Sykes but they started ignoring my calls and if they do pick up they making all sorts of excuses as to why my car is not back yet. People have phoned and even went to their workshop and still they made excuses. I explained that my mom is 89, both of us have heart conditions and i neef my car urgently. All i get is nothing from them and now they are ignoring my calls as well as the people who is trying to help me. It feels as though they either keeping my car hostage or they are attempting to ***** or keep it. Its been over 5 months now and nothing is transpiring.
