Worst Medical Insurance ever

This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with in terms of medical insurance. I have taken up a new policy with them 2 months ago with "Unlimited GP visits" - Upon taking my daughter to the doctor mid April 2022, the payment gets rejected and I am called by the doctors to advise that I owe them money. One our first doctors visit?? thats like spitting in someones face when you meet them for the first time.

I used to have a policy with them a few years ago and I had just such a bad experience. Me thinking that things might have changed let me take up a policy with them again as I needed coverage for myself and my daughter,

I will be cancelling this policy tomorrow. I cannot be paying so much for nothing.
