Worst Medical Insurance

I was supposed to be admitted in hospital for a surgery however when we called to get a pre authorization number, the medical insurance required an estimate of the cost of the surgery, full medical report and referral letter from GP.

All the documents required was submitted. It's been 3 weeks waiting for the case manager Tracy to do her job. I called twice in a day for 3 weeks to follow up on the progress but all the consultants take my numbers and promise to get back to me.
