Worst ever service
Worst service ever, please people do not go with them. i am alomost 2 years with them and yesterday they declined my Casualty ward visit for no reason. Not even telling me the reason and i have cover for that( that is what i thought). Radine Beukes emailed me just telling me sorry it has been declined. Not even coming back on my emails afterwards. That makes me wonder if i got in serious accident will they pay, NO THEY WILL NOT. They are looking for ways not to pay and they will find something.
