What is the meaning of additional card?

I received my welcoming package in February 2015. The date of birth of my wife was incorrect so I phoned the people who are doing the welcoming packages. The lady I spoke to told me that she is going to rectify the mistake. I told her that I want one additional card and I was informed the cost is R45.00 and will receive the cards within 5 working days. After the 5 working days I phoned again and was promised that the courier will pick it up on 13 March 2015. On 24 March 2015 I spoke to Liana Van Dyk after waiting another 5 working days and she said she can see that I want two additional cards and I said no only one additional card. After struggling for more than a month and after several calls to the people who is doing the welcoming packages I received my parcel on 31 March 2015. Guess what? I found in the parcel only the one card. I paid for the additional card. Please can someone explain where my additional card is? Is it again going to take more than a month to deliver the additional card?
