What an Amazing Caring Person

I was involved in a MVA in Dec last year.<br> Was taken to hospital and treated, but on leaving and having to have more check up's and tests done, i was told by the help desk that i was not covered and would have to pay for all of this myself.<br> I sent an email to the H/O and got a response from Elize, telling me that i am fully covered for any further treatment with regards to the MVA. <br> She even went so far as to give me her direct contact number and telling me phone her if i had any other problems and to send her all accounts i got with regard to the MVA claim and treatment.<br> I do not know of any other Medical Insurance where they are so concerned and willing to help as Elize is !<br> Well done Elize, thanks for your great help and support, if i was in Cape Town i would bring you a box of Chocolates !<br> <br> Keep it up !
