Welcome Pack
I have been on Essential Med going for two months now, still have not received my Welcome Back e.g. cards and information. Have been speaking to them for the last three weeks now, and every week they promise that this is the week that it will be couriered to me, and still nothing. Very bad customer service and very disappointed
