Welcome back still not delivered
I'm really dissapointed by Essential med. After 2 debits I still haven't received my welcome pack and I called the call center and was told they are about to knock off they will call me back on Monday, I still didn't get feedback. I got an sms on the 18th March stating that my card will be delivered after 5-7 working days and still nothing.

Thank you for bringing the concerning matter to our attention.
Upon investigation we noticed that an SMS was sent to you on the 18/03/2015 03:15:28 PM notifying you about your welcome pack that was sent via courier services. We followed up with the courier services and they advised that they tried to contact you but there was no answer. The courier company confirmed that your welcome pack is scheduled to be delivered next week.
One of our Managers was in contact with you to provide you with feedback regarding the above mentioned.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
