I gave them my new banking details which they chose to ignore n not debit for two months, finally Levern help them get their act together now they told the dentist my child does not have benefits coz of a three months waiting period, I have been with them for soo long and now they are telling me about some three month waiting period? all I want from them is to refund my money soo I can take my child to a dentist n pay cash, then I will find myself a proper medical insurance coz this is ********.
